We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Carver to join our team.
As a Meat Carver, you will be responsible for preparing and carving meats for our customers.
This is a fast-paced and customer-focused role, requiring excellent culinary skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
Duties:
- Prepare and carve various cuts of meat according to customer preferences - Ensure proper portioning and presentation of meat dishes - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and work area - Follow food safety guidelines and regulations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns - Operate POS systems, such as Aloha POS, to process orders and payments - Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly - Assist with food preparation, including marinating, seasoning, and cooking meats - Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles preferred - Strong time management skills to meet customer demand during peak hours - Knowledge of meat carving techniques and best practices - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used for meat preparation - Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Basic understanding of food safety regulations and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Note:
