The Jr.
Application Support Specialist will report to the Business Applications Manager with the primary responsibility of providing support to Window Nation's expanding business applications.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, pay close attention to user needs, and have strong interpersonal skills.
Core Role Responsibilities Provide tier-one support to users through CRM, CPQ and various power apps to support a seamless user experience Support application maintenance and the backend data that drives business applications to create an uninterrupted and functional user experience Support senior Operations, Development, Transformation and Strategy team members as well as 3rd party support, forging strong relationships, allowing the core team to focus on additional ad-hoc tasks Provide incident, problem and event management issues and resolutions through a ticketing system so that common issues are properly documented and able to be resolved quickly Triage, prioritize, and respond to end user support requests in a timely manner to drive an efficient and consistent user experience Diagnose and troubleshoot support request and escalate when necessary, so that resources are properly allocated to address tickets with various priority and/or complexity levels Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues ensuring that strong relationships and partnerships are built across the organization Other duties, as assigned Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or business 1

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
