ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Assistant Content Creator at PMA, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients to develop and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will involve comprehensive support to our social media managers and project managers.
The ideal candidate will assist in content creation, social media management and project coordination.
This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You will work in partnership with clients to understand their goals, identify target audiences, and deliver impactful marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide general support to the social media director including content creation, planning social feeds, proofreading planned feeds, attending virtual client meetings and on-site content creation shoots.
Assist in managing PMA social media accounts, including content creating, planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
Monitor and respond to messages and comments on client accounts, using both canned responses and natural, engaging communication.
Assist the social media director during consultation calls as needed.
Work with the marketing team to manage initiatives and projects, collaborating with designers, videographers, and developers to ensure successful execution.
Manage and maintain clean data within HubSpot, taking client notes during consultations and keeping records up to date with follow-up tasks.
Create engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns, including captions for everyday posts and seasonal/holiday content.
Sort and organize behind-the-scenes content for social media use in Dropbox, communicating with the PMA team to address content needs and requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.

EDUCATION
