ABOUT THE ROLE:
APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS CLOSE ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 11TH.
This is a hybrid remote role.
Applicant must be located in The DMV & have reliable transportation around the DMV.
Must live within 35 minutes max of Downtown DC and be able to work between 15-20 hours per week.
This position is part time only, with room for growth/additional hours in the future depending on work ethic and fit.
No Baltimore applications at this time please.
As a MARKETING CREATIVES ASSISTANT at PMA, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with everyone in the marketing team and reporting to the Creatives Director.
Your primary responsibilities will involve comprehensive support to the entire team and never ever dropping the ball.
Your work load will range from joining in on free consultations for perspective clients to editing Instagram Reels / Tik Toks to writing captions to planning photography/videography shoots to researching the latest social media and marketing trends! This role is, as the name states, creative; and the most important thing about all of our roles here at PMA is:
dedication, timely work, never dropping the ball, always knowing when to ask for help/clarification, and supporting the team with priorities shifting at the drop of a hat or within tight client deadlines.

This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide general support to the entire marketing team, including, but not limited to:
content creation, planning client social media feeds, proofreading copy, attending virtual client meetings and on-site content creation shoots.
Monitor and respond to messages and comments on client accounts, using both canned responses and natural, engaging communication.
Assist the Creatives Director during consultation calls as needed, allowing you to learn even more about PMA and our capabilities.
Work with the marketing team to manage initiatives and projects, collaborating with designers, videographers, and developers to ensure successful execution.
Manage and maintain clean data within HubSpot, GDrive, Dropbox, and taking client notes during consultations and keeping records up to date with follow-up tasks.
Create engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns, including captions for everyday posts and seasonal/holiday content.
Sort and organize behind-the-scenes content for social media use in Dropbox, communicating with the PMA team to address content needs and requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.

EDUCATION
