Our Front Desk Associates are key to our success by ensuring a positive guest experience with a welcoming disposition.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Welcome guests with a friendly greeting.
Manage guest bookings per company guidelines, including guest check-in and check-out, answering phones, processing financial transactions, and more.
Coordinate with all hotel departments to effectively address guest requests.
Take up other duties as assigned by the management team.
Perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
