JOB
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but not be limited to, the following:
Lead daily accounting functions, including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit cards and job costing.
Responsible for month-end close activities in conjunction with the corporate accounting team.
This includes bank reconciliations, job costing, accounts payable and accruals including payroll.
A partner with the senior leadership team.
Assist with the improvement and management of accounting policies and procedures.
Support the annual financial audit and tax compliance.
Assist corporate accounting as needed.
Other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business is required.

years of experience in the related field, industry accounting experience is preferred.
General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles required.
Experience with ERP and consolidation/reporting systems preferred.
Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize to manage conflicting deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
Be a self-starter and team player.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of applications required.
