Upon successful completion of the Client training plan, the team hybrid work schedule of 3 onsite days (M-W-F) and 2 Work from Home will be transitioned.

Client is seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator Proposal Specialist, Sr.
to support the Procurement & Subcontracts team in providing proposal support to all lines of business within our Science & Space Division.
What you will do:
As a Subcontract Administrator Proposal Specialist, Sr.
with Client.
Science & Space Division, you play a critical role in supporting proposal activity that propels the company s business win strategy.
You will be responsible for a full range of procurement and subcontract administration activities associated with supporting proposal strategies as determined by Business Development.
Responsibilities:
Participate in proposal development team planning and execution including color teamsReview customer s Request for Proposal (RFP)Assess and execute on strategy for responding to proposal requirementsPerform all tasks associated with acquiring Teammate and Subcontractor proposals including negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), establish thorough understanding of scope requirements and regulations, qualify subcontractors/suppliers, prepare comprehensive RFP packages, analyze proposals, negotiate proposals including terms and conditions, and model subcontractsPrepare documentation in accordance with established procedures in support of the company s approved purchasing systemMaintain documentation, status, other documents as required in Share Point for file sharing and collaborationPerform visual quality assurance inspection of all proposal deliverablesEstablishes and maintains effective business relationships with internal and external customers and suppliersSupport post proposal and phase in operations for new contract winsExecute and administer subcontracts as necessaryDevelop standard operating procedures and playbook to document processProblem solvingOther support as identifiedRequired
Qualifications:
Thorough understanding of subcontracting principals in government contractingExperience in FAR/DFARStrong understanding of various contract types with experience managing cost type subcontracts2
years experience supporting customer proposalsExcellent written and oral communication skills, along with organizational, analytical, and project/time management skillsAbility to effectively communicate with proposal leaders, proposal authors, and Business Development personnel, as well as other functions across the organizationExperience with Microsoft office suite with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power PointMust be detail oriented with the ability to work well with a proposal team in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentFlexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required, to meet proposal schedule and to accommodate meetings across several time zonesCritical attention to detailEducation:
A Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related fieldRequired:
