We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator/Business Analyst for an exciting project focused on Maryland State Department applications.
As a Project Coordinator/Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in facilitating the successful execution of this project by coordinating various tasks and conducting analyses.
Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, content creators, and QA testers to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.
Analyze existing processes, systems, and content to identify areas requiring improvement.
Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
Track project tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines.
Actively manage Azure boards, create User Stories and acceptance criteria to ensure that the team s work aligns with the overall project goals and objectives.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, progress reports, and issue logs.
Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Provide support for additional project tasks and activities as needed to ensure project success.
Assist in the coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance, to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications that meet stakeholder expectations.
Qualification Requirement:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven track record in project coordination, business analysis, or similar roles preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, gather and analyze data, and propose solutions.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Strong experience with tools such as Azure, JIRA, MS Project, MS Visio preferred.
Certifications like CSM, SAFe Agile.
Familiarity with ADA regulations and guidelines related to web accessibility.
Accessibility testing to validate compliance with ADA standards is a plus.
