Security Business Development Manager Job Duties:
Services new and existing accounts by shaping statement of work opportunities for consulting and software integration services.
Establishes account presence by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients through Presidio account managers.
Familiarity with Security technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, FireEye, F5, Splunk and Infoblox with emphasis on Security solutions, Identity Management and Cyber Security.
Adjusts content of sales presentations and present relevant portions of Security line card or offerings to prospective clients.
Focuses sales efforts by developing security solution profiles for top accounts including power mapping key influencers and coaches within identified targets.
Works with Presidio Cybersecurity team to identify opportunities for consulting and hardware/software integration services.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, services, delivery schedules, etc.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Required Skills:
10+ years of Security experience
Bachelor's degree in technology or sales related field preferred
Proven history in customer service satisfaction achievements
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Display excellent communication skills and unrivaled prospecting, negotiating, presentation, and closing skills
Proven ability to effectively manage a sales territory and build relationships with new and existing clientele
Innate self-confidence and a drive for sales
An existing product knowledge and the desire to learn about new solutions

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
