This is an opportunity to work in the security and compliance team of Cisco AMP for Endpoints, one of the world s leading security products. The AMP team ships security software for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems. We use Ruby, Cassandra, Mongo, MySQL, RabbitMQ etc., all managed by Chef. We deploy to multi-region AWS cloud and also ship as an on-premise appliance.

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team.

What You ll Do

The Program Manager s primary focus will be the management and execution of the AMP for Endpoints FedRAMP Authorization to Operate (ATO) program, including the security operations, security compliance, and security audits:

  • Coordinate, plan, and track overall FedRAMP authorization activities and communication/collaboration with internal and external parties.
  • Coordinate, track, and report overall cloud service security operations and support, including performance against SLA s, process adherence, escalations, incident response, incident RCA s and preventive actions, etc.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional meetings and processes
  • Work cross-functionally to identify dependencies, risks, solve problems and implement changes
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the external parties and all stakeholders
  • Use program management principles to provide leadership, management, and direction to project teams to ensure successful delivery of objectives within the budgetary and timing constraints of the project
  • Develop improvements and innovations to enhance team performance

Who You Are

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of program management experience
  • Superb communication skills
  • Knowledge of software development practices
  • Experience with compliance programs (PCI, ISO, FedRAMP, etc.)
  • Understanding of security risks and analysis
  • Experience working with geographically distributed team
  • Experience in endpoint and/or network security is a plus
  • Quarterly travel within North America is expected



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
