The IT Operations Engineer is primarily responsible for supporting our internal employee base as we move into a SaaS model, including MS Office 365. Along with this suite of SaaS applications, we are working to rebuild our infrastructure to accommodate a more automated access/user management process (IAM). We currently support over 3800 employees and the majority of them are mobile/remote. Key Responsibilities: You will implement new architecture for identity/access management with technologies around Azure AD, ServiceNow, UltiPro You will work as the technical lead on MS O365 for the internal business Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Microsoft Practice teams SME's to implement new technologies around SaaS products and security applications/services Work with the Support Services team to train support on new technologies Implement new hardware/software deployment strategy for PC and MACs Provide support for all areas as defined above to ensure efficient continuous operations May provide supervisory oversight of team in the future Contribute to building and automating support services  Performs related work as assigned and as the position and responsibilities evolve Job Requirements: We seek a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or the equivalent work experience in a Service Desk or IT supportrole or military experience. We seek strong working knowledge of O365 products along with knowledge of Microsoft InTune. You have a minimum of 5 years/ experience with direct support of Microsoft products We seek technical certifications from Microsoft and ITIL You are highly proficient with supporting Microsoft and Apple environments, including Windows and OS X operating systems and Office applications. You are proficient in network administration You have extensive customer service experience along with strong verbal and written communication skills.  You possess thorough troubleshooting skills with an aptitude for root cause analysis. Knowledge, skills and abilities: You are knowledgeable of ITIL Framework standards and methodologies. You bring a full working knowledge of various components of IT infrastructure including remote access (VPN), desktop environments You possess good troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to collaborate with a team. You are a detailed and process oriented individual with strong time management and organizational skills You work and prioritize well in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere, quickly tackling difficult issues with ease. You are resourceful and highly self-motivated. You have the ability to mentor and train individuals.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
